My apologies for the backlog in blog posts. I've been working on a couple of side projects for the blog that I am super excited about, but have also been keeping me very busy. Stay tuned... :)
Here's a quick outfit post to break my blog silence over for now. If you look closely in the first photo, you can tell that I used to have my Monroe pierced! That's right... I have a permanent hole in my face because I wanted to be a rebel in university.

My favourite kind of looks always seem to be the ones that combine menswear-inspired pieces with feminine items; a loose-fitting blouse with skinny jeans, a sharp blazer and a flouncy skirt... or perhaps a sheer top paired with combat boots.
These boots are among one of my most comfortable pairs of shoes in my entire collection. I especially adore how they add an easy, edgy feel to any outfit.
A weekend essential.
